Impress us and we will offer you a 1st challenging assignment in Philips Lighting, which can be in the following locations: Europe (the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, UK, etc.); Asia Pacific (China); or in the USA (East coast). Then we’ll give you all the professional guidance and personal development needed to take you to the top.

To apply for the Marketing Talent Event, you need to fulfil the following criteria:

A Master’s degree, with excellent academic record;

Minimum of three years of marketing experience, with proven track record in an international environment, this can be in an up- or downstream role;

Outside-in approach and ability to turn insights into profitable business;

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and to use internal & external recourses to maximize the value for the company and its customers;

Ability to influence, deliver results by motivating and inspiring those around you;

Strong market driven orientation;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Hands-on mentality;

Ambitious, driven, with a true passion for success;

Fluent in English and preferably other languages.
